Cynk-Mal has been granted all necessary and appropriate permits to conduct production in compliance with implemented technologies. Particularly the "Permit to produce waste" valid until 2014, and the "Permit for emission into the atmosphere, gasses and dust from the company’s sources and emitters", valid until 2013.
The technological processes implemented in the company operate on a closed (circulating) chemical utilities system basis. All post production technological waste is treated by specialised plants under long term agreements.
The technological processes implemented in Cynk-Mal prohibit significant CO2 pollution.
