Cynkmal

The Cynk-Mal company has worked on an investment the aim of which is manufacturing of galvanized wide hot rolled steel strips for two years. A new and modern galvanizing line is currently being started up.

For three years now Cynk-Mal S.A. have maintained business contacts with Russia. Since the Russian market is very absorptive potentially, the management of the company decided to present its own products on trade fair ELECTRA 2009 in Moscow.

On the power of the decision from October 1^st, 2008 District Court for the city of Wrocław, Fabryczna Street, 9^th Commercial Department of National Court Register in Wrocław registered the increase of share capital of Cynk-Mal S.A. to the amount of 20.191.000,00 PLN.

On 15.04.2008 the company, Cynk-Mal, signed an intention letter with Stalprodukt from Bochnia, concerning acquisition of the entire new issue of stocks, giving 51% of the capital.

A new slitting line - an automatic slitting machine was put into operation in October 2007.
