The company’s success depends on its readiness to meet customers' expectations. The goal of Cynk-Mal S.A. (JSC.) is its continuous pursuit in perfecting the production process of bare and galvanized steel bands, galvanized wires and cold formed sections. In addition, we aim to introduce new products to better fulfil customers’ requirements and for the customer to associate us with reliability. This goal is obtained by Cynk-Mal by:

• Recognition of customers’ needs by monitoring their satisfaction.
• Unequivocal identification of our employees’ skills and responsibilities.
• Implementing effective, environmentally friendly and documented production processes, and maintaining regular preset quality factors.

Responsibility for the Quality Policy lies with the Company’s Management, which is represented by the Chairman of the Board who:

• Determines such an organisation as to provide individual responsibility of each employee for his area of quality issues.
• Provides necessary resources and staff.
